Surprise!
Well friends and family, we have some wonderful news-we are expecting our first little baby Breneman this year! I am currently 12 weeks and 2 days preggers and the doctor says everything is coming along just right. I had my very first ultrasound today and we got to see our little jelly bean popping all over the screen! Apparently it will take after its Daddy in thinking that it's a ninja.
This picture isn't very clear because they weren't using one of the nice ultrasound machines since their main concern was hearing the heartbeat, which was about 160 (girl maybe?). On our next visit, I will be 16 weeks and they will be doing another ultrasound and it should be with one of the nicer machines. Maybe we can convince them to sneak a peek at the gender? My expected due date is November 7th so it looks like we'll be getting one Christmas present a little early this year!

Congratulations! That's awesome! Mrawmins will be drowning in babies come Christmas. I vote we make Joseph watch them while we go do fun stuff.

ReplyDeleteYay for babies! Lucas had a fast heart rate too -158, so don't count on that too much. Although I do think this baby was even faster so there must be something to it.
ReplyDeleteYay!!! Congrats!! Our little man's heart rate was always over158 in the beginning and all of the old wives tales said we were having a girl But there was NO mistaking that he is a boy! Everyone is different!
